Do you take health insurance?

NeuroTarget Chiropractic is not a networked provider with insurance companies, You can be provided a diagnostic receipt upon request that may be submitted to your health insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement will be dependent upon your specific health insurance policy and you should review your policy and or contact your insurance company to determine your eligibility for reimbursement. Regardless of the insurance benefits you may or may not have you are ultimately responsible for your bill. Submission for reimbursement can only be for the amount actually paid for services and not greater.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes, using and HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexable Spending Account) is a great option for paying for your services and supplements.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We allow cancellations a minimum of 12 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling within 12 hours, not showing up, or showing up late will result in a $35.00 fee that will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
